Above are desktop and mobile layouts of a 13 email CRM stream for TECFIDERA patients. A lot of details had to be included in these – more than is ideal for an email communication. The challenge: how to present this puzzle of information without overwhelming and also ensuring the most pertinent pieces are accessible.

Above are a variety of emails across various Biogen brands. All emails go through an extensive peer and regulatory review process that ensure industry UX/UI standards are upheld and all legal i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed. Analytics from all emails are used to better inform future iterations.
